ANNUAL VALENTINE DAY MARKET

Gillian has been practicing for the past 12 years, her motivation behind what she does is to promote the health of each individual she works with, as well as encouraging them to live happier, more fulfilling lives. This often means that it is necessary for her to promote other forms of wellbeing and refer clients on to other forms of therapy etc. when it is in their best interest.
Her qualifications consist of a Master and Teacher degree in Usui Reiki, a Master and Teacher Degree in Egyptian Sekhem, a CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills, a Training Award from Belfast Respect Coaching for Professionals, a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching (recognised by the European Coaching Institute), BodyTalk Practitioner certificates, a Level 3 Introductory Certificate in Management, as well as a number of courses in Kahuna Massage, Indian Head Massage and Self-development.
Since returning from Northern Ireland she has built up a successful practice.
As a therapist she practices Usui Reiki, Egyptian Sekhem and BodyTalk (a form of therapy that is based on applied Kineseology) as well as private Life Coaching sessions.
She also teaches Usui Reiki and Egyptian Sekhem to students and plan to run Transformational Workshops (life coaching skills, which she started teaching when she lived overseas), this workshop is for those who are ready for change and want to make empowered choices that benefit all aspects of self.
They are dedicated to self-development and improving the lives of all students and clients they reach, with respect to their personal journey.

BEAUTY TIPS AND SPECIALS FROM ANGELA
I think we are all starting to get excited at the prospect of summer coming! I for one have been freezing since april!!!! So I definitely cannot wait to shed the jackets and scarves and boots!!
Now the rush is on to get ourselves ready for summer!!
How do we start??
Here is a little tip, to get your bodies ready!!
Mix up some brown sugar and olive oil. Just before you shower, exfoliate your whole body in circular motions with the sugar/olive oil mixture. The sugar is an excellent exfoliator, without being too harsh on the skin! And the olive oil is a wonderfully nourishing carrier oil! You can also add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the mix! Doing this in the shower alleviates any mess!! Your body can withstand being exfoliated everyday! But always remember to use an excellent moisturiser after! As you may or may not know, I love to use olive oil as a body cream! It doesn't mess, and don't use too much, it does soak into the skin very quickly!!
Hands and feet!!
Isn't it weird how your feet always look and feel great in winter, and dry and cracked in summer!! As you know, its the air that dried your feet, therefore it is vital to use a foot rasp at least twice a week to keep those feet picture perfect! So keep the rasp in the shower, and use it!! there's no need to have dry cracked feet now!!
I discovered the joys of a gel overlay on my toes over the winter period! Knowing my feet always looked perfect, with no chipping, made me feel confident to take off my boots! And show off my feet!
So, to get your hands and feet beautiful for summer, I want to invite you in for a gel pedicure and manicure with paraffin wax on both!!

© Entries for the competition to be delivered to Klay and Co Studio on Friday, 22 June between 11am and 2pm. If you have please supply your own easel. The same can be collected on Saturday, 23 June between 4pm and 5:30pm
© Prize giving will take place at 4pm on Saturday 23 June
© Secure / off the street parking is going to be available at Weltevreden Chapel at R10 per vehicle (these proceeds will be donated to the chapel). You are welcome to tip the parking attendants.
