©   Art, original handwork and food will be exhibited and on sale

©   Set up for exhibitors is from 7am on Saturday 23 and all vehicles to be off the property by 8:45am (parking available next door at Weltevreden Chapel)

©   Entries for the competition to be delivered to Klay and Co Studio on Friday, 22 June between 11am and 2pm.  If you have please supply your own easel.  The same can be collected on Saturday, 23 June between 4pm and 5:30pm

©   Prize giving will take place at 4pm on Saturday 23 June

©   Secure / off the street parking is going to be available at Weltevreden Chapel at R10 per vehicle (these proceeds will be donated to the chapel).  You are welcome to tip the parking attendants.

©   Emthonjeni – a non- profit community upliftment  project will be participating

©   Variety of workshops and demonstrations during the course of the day, again to showcase the talents and expertise of the ARTISTS and CRAFTERS in our community
